FAQ — SIRE / VIQ

Is this an official OCIMF score?

No. This is a self-assessment intelligence centre for preparation. Official SIRE outcomes follow inspector VIQ findings and charterer acceptance.

Why does this matter commercially?

Poor SIRE outcomes affect tanker employment, charterer screening and vessel acceptance — so readiness is a commercial as well as HSEQ concern.

How does Actinium-sm go further?

Live observation tracking linked to PMS, SMS, PTW, training evidence and multi-vessel fleet benchmarks.

Command Center pattern

Assessment → Executive dashboard → Visual analytics → AI → Guidance → Knowledge → Downloads → Related modules → Demo. Same structure as PSC, CII, EEXI and Maintenance Planning centres.

Run this across your fleet in Actinium-sm

Superintendents use Actinium-sm for live vessel data, PMS, dry dock budgets, CII monitoring, PSC/SIRE readiness, and purchase quote comparison — with cloud office and offline ship sync.
